Last Thanksgiving Order is out the door!! 🎉That's a wrap on Lone Star Kitchen Thanksgiving 2023!! 🎉

It wasn't all smooth sailing 🤪 but in the end we made 35kg of Turkey, 12kg of Mashed Potatoes, 7kg of Stuffing, 5kg Cornbread Dressing, 3kg Roast Potatoes, 3kg Sweet Potatoes, 3.5kg Green Beans with Almond Garlic crumbs, 4kg Brussels Sprouts, 6kg Green Bean Casserole, 4 kg Cranberry sauce, 50 dinner rolls, 4 Apple Pies, 4 Pecan Pies, and 3 Pumpkin Pies 🥵🤯🥳

Everything was prepared in a restaurant kitchen and thank goodness!! 😅 There were a couple snags, and I definitely need a manager to organize me, however I would say that 85% went according to plan!! That's saying something for my first time ever taking on such a massive challenge!! 🙌💯

Until next year Turkey fiends!! 🦃😘😘

This year we are trying something new...

We are going to take advance orders, for *PICK UP* in Thalwil on Thursday 23 November. All items will be ready to "heat and eat"

Yes... I know not everyone is having their dinner on Thursday, so there is the option of "take and bake" - your sides will prepared up to the point of baking, frozen, then you just bake it as normal and you have a fresh hot dish! Turkey will be roasted, sliced, and vacuum sealed, easy to warm up in a pan of simmering water.

PIES! Pies of all sorts will be available freshly baked!
Classic Apple, Pecan, Pumpkin, Sweet Potato...😍 But also Chocolate Espresso, Salted Caramel Apple, Bourbon Chocolate Pecan....🤩 Or do you prefer a cheesecake??😁 That's no problem! We have other desserts too, like Banana Pudding, Cookies, and Brownies. The sooner you order the better, link goes live on my website ➡️This Friday!!⬅️

Rooftop catering is where it's at! 🌇 Gorgeous summer evening on a rooftop in Zürich, for a corporate Apero. Assisted by the lovely @_lolamaggi, it's always a good time when you can work with friends! We have some mini crunchy Baja style fish tacos, drizzled with a Chipotle mayo, Salsa Verde chicken taquitos (or tacos dorados depending on where you come from!) I also did some fire roasted tomato salsa, some chunky guacamole, and MX street corn fritters.🔥🎉😍
